I’m a primary care physician and health systems leader focused on building high-performing, human-centered care teams. I work at the intersection of value-based primary care, innovation, and operations—redesigning how teams function so care becomes more sustainable for clinicians and more meaningful for patients. My approach blends behavioral insights, smart design, and technology to improve the everyday experience of delivering care.
While my roots are in healthcare, I believe many of the ideas that will move us forward will come from beyond it—which is why I actively seek collaboration across industries to build a kind of care that works for the people delivering it and the people receiving it.
About me
Since 2016, I’ve been practicing value-based primary care at a pioneering practice in Boston. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for a large panel of patients whose relationships, stories, and trust have shaped the way I think about what primary care can—and should—be. Their influence drives my commitment to making primary care both sustainable for providers and high quality for patients.
Today, I serve as the chief of a large primary care practice with deep roots in value-based care. In this role, I work with colleagues to co-create team-based models that are grounded in behavioral science, powered by data and technology, and shaped by the real-world demands of clinical care. I also teach medical students, residents, and nurse practitioners—helping them grow as clinicians while learning how to operationalize value-based care in everyday practice.
Looking ahead, I’m focused on designing and testing new approaches that make primary care more functional, fulfilling, and future-ready.
